"I can’t say enough about how wonderful, caring and responsive Alyssa is. My husband was a heart transplant recipient and after being on immunosuppressants for many years, he had begun to have problems as a result of those medications, as well as his advancing age. During Covid, it was important that he not go into medical offices and avoid contact with others as much as possible.

He became ill and I was worried about him. I reached out to Alyssa, who had just gotten home from a long day at work. She answered the phone as perky and fresh as if it was 8:00 am instead of 6:30 or 7:00 pm. She said, “Just let me wash up and change clothes and I’ll be over.” Alyssa was over very quickly and checked all of his vitals, then got on the phone with the physician on call at his primary physician’s office to discuss her findings. Alyssa administered an IV with fluids and nutrients, which really helped him feel better.

 

Alyssa has always told me to let her know anytime I needed her. She has been invaluable to us. She is the most caring and knowledgeable nurse practitioner I have ever known."
